Annual General Meeting on 15 March 2025 at the Siegmund Freud University in Vienna at 16:30

We hereby invite you to the Annual General Meeting on 15 March 2025 at the Siegmund Freud University in Vienna at 16:30.

Please find the attached AGM Agenda, along with the provisional Minutes from the AGM 2024, and two proposals, one from the Statutes Committee and one from ETSC, which will be voted on at this AGM. We also attach the General Secretary report and the nomination of Jose Castilho for Vice President elections at the AGM. The Treasurers and Auditors reports will follow next week as required by our Statutes.

The General Meeting is preceded by Governing Board meetings (see attached meeting schedule) where we will discuss concerns about autonomous "AI" virtual psychotherapy (please see the recent EAP Newsletter for details) amongst other topics. As always, we welcome all EAP members to our meetings.

Please find the attached brief "Introduction to EAP meetings" document for those of you not yet familiar with our meetings. Our EAP office staff will assist should you require further information.

Please be aware that we cannot provide AGM participation via Zoom. However, you are welcome to ask a colleague to connect you by using their personal laptop.
